Welcoming TECVIA and Entering the Driver-Education Vertical
On November 17, 2025 Harris had the pleasure of welcoming TECVIA Group GmbH to our organization, broadening our portfolio across Europe and continuing our strategy of investing in specialized, mission-critical software businesses.
This acquisition marks TECVIA’s transition from private equity ownership to a long-term home within Harris. Under Unigestion Private Equity, TECVIA sharpened its strategic direction and strengthened its leadership in digital driver education solutions across Europe. As part of Harris, the company will extend its growth trajectory with an emphasis on sustainable innovation, close customer engagement, and strong local management.
Based in Munich, Germany, TECVIA employs roughly 430 professionals across five countries and delivers a comprehensive, workflow-oriented software ecosystem for driving schools. TECVIA ranks among the leading providers in each of its core markets, enabling over 1.6 million driving students annually to train and progress using its technology.
Expanding into India
On October 31, 2025 Harris completed its acquisition of eNoah, a reputed global industry leader offering cutting-edge BPO and IT solutions worldwide. This marks an exciting chapter for Harris as we expand into India and strengthen our global presence.

Ottawa, ON, May 10, 2024 – PG Solutions Inc. (PG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of N. Harris Computer Corporation (Harris), has acquired Quebec-based Groupe de géomatique Azimut Inc. (Azimut). Through this acquisition, PG Solutions' product line expands its offering of software solutions in municipal management.
Founded in 1998 by Michel Savard and Céline Tremblay, Azimut has developed software specifically designed to enable municipalities to meet their legislative obligations in the management of geospatial data. This innovative solution has made it possible to fill a gap that existed at the time in the market.
Today, Azimut offers geomatics solutions for capturing, storing, analyzing, maintaining and disseminating geospatial data divided into several themes. These solutions are proven thanks to their effectiveness and Azimut has quickly earned an excellent reputation among the majority of Quebec cities.

PG Solutions Inc. acquiert Groupe de géomatique Azimut Inc.
Ottawa, ON, le 10 mai 2024 – PG Solutions Inc. (PG), une filiale à part entière de N. Harris Computer Corporation (Harris), fait l’acquisition de la compagnie Groupe de géomatique Azimut inc. (Azimut), basée au Québec. À travers cette acquisition, la gamme de produits de PG Solutions accroît son offre de solutions logicielles dans la gestion municipale.
Fondée en 1998 par Michel Savard et Céline Tremblay, Azimut a développé des logiciels spécialement conçus pour permettre aux municipalités de remplir leurs obligations législatives en matière de gestion des données géospatiales. Cette solution innovante a permis de combler une lacune qui existait à l’époque dans le marché.
