Welcoming TECVIA and Entering the Driver-Education Vertical

On November 17, 2025 Harris had the pleasure of welcoming TECVIA Group GmbH to our organization, broadening our portfolio across Europe and continuing our strategy of investing in specialized, mission-critical software businesses.

This acquisition marks TECVIA’s transition from private equity ownership to a long-term home within Harris. Under Unigestion Private Equity, TECVIA sharpened its strategic direction and strengthened its leadership in digital driver education solutions across Europe. As part of Harris, the company will extend its growth trajectory with an emphasis on sustainable innovation, close customer engagement, and strong local management.

Based in Munich, Germany, TECVIA employs roughly 430 professionals across five countries and delivers a comprehensive, workflow-oriented software ecosystem for driving schools. TECVIA ranks among the leading providers in each of its core markets, enabling over 1.6 million driving students annually to train and progress using its technology.

Expanding into India

On October 31, 2025 Harris completed its acquisition of eNoah, a reputed global industry leader offering cutting-edge BPO and IT solutions worldwide. This marks an exciting chapter for Harris as we expand into India and strengthen our global presence.

eNoah provides best-in-class support services to Fortune 500 companies in the Integrated Health, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Automotive domains. With strong domain focus, eNoah’s uniquely designed solutions are vertically integrated and delivered through a client-intensive, relationship-based global delivery model.

(TSX: CSU), has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TECVIA Group GmbH, one of the leading pan European content and software provider for driving-education and professional driver training.

With this transaction, Harris expands into a new vertical—driver education and professional driver training—broadening its portfolio across Europe and continuing its strategy of investing in specialized, mission-critical software businesses.

The transaction marks the transition of TECVIA from private equity ownership to a long-term home within Harris. During its time with Unigestion Private Equity, TECVIA further sharpened its strategic focus and reinforced its leading position in digital driver-education solutions across Europe. Under Harris, TECVIA will continue its growth journey with a focus on sustainable innovation, customer proximity, and local leadership.

TECVIA, headquartered in Munich, Germany, employs approximately 430 people across 5countries and provides a tailormade workflow-orientated ecosystem for driving schools. TECVIA’s software solutions cover the full operational and educational workflow—from online students’ registration, ERP and teaching applications to state-of-the-art student services and simulators. Completion of the transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
