Welcoming TECVIA and Entering the Driver-Education Vertical
On November 17, 2025 Harris had the pleasure of welcoming TECVIA Group GmbH to our organization, broadening our portfolio across Europe and continuing our strategy of investing in specialized, mission-critical software businesses.
This acquisition marks TECVIA’s transition from private equity ownership to a long-term home within Harris. Under Unigestion Private Equity, TECVIA sharpened its strategic direction and strengthened its leadership in digital driver education solutions across Europe. As part of Harris, the company will extend its growth trajectory with an emphasis on sustainable innovation, close customer engagement, and strong local management.
Based in Munich, Germany, TECVIA employs roughly 430 professionals across five countries and delivers a comprehensive, workflow-oriented software ecosystem for driving schools. TECVIA ranks among the leading providers in each of its core markets, enabling over 1.6 million driving students annually to train and progress using its technology.
Expanding into India
On October 31, 2025 Harris completed its acquisition of eNoah, a reputed global industry leader offering cutting-edge BPO and IT solutions worldwide. This marks an exciting chapter for Harris as we expand into India and strengthen our global presence.
eNoah provides best-in-class support services to Fortune 500 companies in the Integrated Health, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Automotive domains. Ottawa, ON, April 24, 2024 — Harris, a global vertical market software provider, announced today the acquisition of Xanalys Limited (“Xanalys”), a leading provider of investigative case management systems.
Xanalys designs and delivers PowerCase:ICM, an investigative case management systems to manage the largest, most complex cases while providing transparency and accountability across the entire investigative process. Xanalys has an effective and proven process for designing and delivering systems that align with customers’ processes and integrate with existing systems, from case initiation through to presentation at court and case closure.
As one of Canada’s largest software companies, Harris’s international presence, technology portfolio, and financial resources will complement the Xanalys value proposition to clients. Xanalys’s leadership team will continue to drive the adoption of this industry-leading platform and maximize value to customers.
