Welcoming TECVIA and Entering the Driver-Education Vertical

On November 17, 2025 Harris had the pleasure of welcoming TECVIA Group GmbH to our organization, broadening our portfolio across Europe and continuing our strategy of investing in specialized, mission-critical software businesses.

This acquisition marks TECVIA’s transition from private equity ownership to a long-term home within Harris.
