Welcoming TECVIA and Entering the Driver-Education Vertical
On November 17, 2025 Harris had the pleasure of welcoming TECVIA Group GmbH to our organization, broadening our portfolio across Europe and continuing our strategy of investing in specialized, mission-critical software businesses.
This acquisition marks TECVIA’s transition from private equity ownership to a long-term home within Harris. Under Unigestion Private Equity, TECVIA sharpened its strategic direction and strengthened its leadership in digital driver education solutions across Europe. As part of Harris, the company will extend its growth trajectory with an emphasis on sustainable innovation, close customer engagement, and strong local management.
Based in Munich, Germany, TECVIA employs roughly 430 professionals across five countries and delivers a comprehensive, workflow-oriented software ecosystem for driving schools. TECVIA ranks among the leading providers in each of its core markets, enabling over 1.6 million driving students annually to train and progress using its technology.
Expanding into India
On October 31, 2025 Harris completed its acquisition of eNoah, a reputed global industry leader offering cutting-edge BPO and IT solutions worldwide. This marks an exciting chapter for Harris as we expand into India and strengthen our global presence.

Ottawa / St. Gallen, November 05, 2024 - Harris, a leading global provider and buyer of industry software, announces the acquisition of Swiss software company WigaSoft AG. With this acquisition, Harris strengthens its position in the D-A-CH region and continues its strategy to provide innovative and specialized solutions in the healthcare sector.
WigaSoft AG is known for its comprehensive software solution developed specifically for medical service providers and care facilities. It offers products to support facilities with care documentation and digital service documentation in order to increase efficiency and optimize processes. As a provider and operator of primary systems for care documentation, WigaSoft naturally accompanies its customers on the path to eHealth and the electronic patient dossier (EPD).
The central software solutions include:
- WiCare|Doc: A comprehensive documentation solution with modules for different requirements.
- WiCare|Doc-L: the solution specially developed for long-term care institutions is an integral part of the interdisciplinary resident dossier and enables differentiated and reflective documentation of all relevant treatment processes. The software covers the entire care process from admission to discharge, including resident master data and service recording. Particularly noteworthy is the support of observation phases according to BESA or RAI-NH, which optimally reflects individual care needs.
- WiCare|Doc-B: was specially developed for the care of people with disabilities. The software supports the interdisciplinary team throughout the entire care process and contains specialist components such as needs assessments, action planning, target agreements and status meetings. These can be adapted to operational circumstances, while appointments and work assignments can be clearly planned. The flow of information is controlled through targeted configuration so that relevant information is available for specific roles. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate and use.
- WiCare|now LE®: This web-based service recording solution enables the recording of services for internal cost accounting and invoicing, based on the rules and regulations of the tariffs used.
- WiCare|now LEP®: A platform-independent, standardized software solution for activity and service recording that offers detailed LEP® evaluations and complies with the specifications of LEP AG.
- WiCare|now tacs®: A certified, web-based controlling system for activity analysis with integrated performance recording according to the tacs® method. This solution is suitable for use by various professional groups and presents care activities clearly and transparently, providing managers with important key figures for process management.
Nearly 80 care facilities in Switzerland already rely on WigaSoft's software solutions to digitize their day-to-day operations and make the best use of their resources, enabling them to provide high-quality care to patients and clients.
