Welcoming TECVIA and Entering the Driver-Education Vertical

On November 17, 2025 Harris had the pleasure of welcoming TECVIA Group GmbH to our organization, broadening our portfolio across Europe and continuing our strategy of investing in specialized, mission-critical software businesses.

This acquisition marks TECVIA’s transition from private equity ownership to a long-term home within Harris. Under Unigestion Private Equity, TECVIA sharpened its strategic direction and strengthened its leadership in digital driver education solutions across Europe. As part of Harris, the company will extend its growth trajectory with an emphasis on sustainable innovation, close customer engagement, and strong local management.

Based in Munich, Germany, TECVIA employs roughly 430 professionals across five countries and delivers a comprehensive, workflow-oriented software ecosystem for driving schools. TECVIA ranks among the leading providers in each of its core markets, enabling over 1.6 million driving students annually to train and progress using its technology.

Expanding into India

On October 31, 2025 Harris completed its acquisition of eNoah, a reputed global industry leader offering cutting-edge BPO and IT solutions worldwide. This marks an exciting chapter for Harris as we expand into India and strengthen our global presence.

Ottawa, Ontario, June 14, 2024 - Harris, vertical market software provider and corporate acquirer, acquires Solutions Emergensys inc (Emergensys), a provider of security, emergency, fire and management software for government, municipal, corporate and private markets.

Well established in Quebec, Emergensys is also present in other parts of the world, including Malaysia and Brazil.
