Welcoming TECVIA and Entering the Driver-Education Vertical

On November 17, 2025 Harris had the pleasure of welcoming TECVIA Group GmbH to our organization, broadening our portfolio across Europe and continuing our strategy of investing in specialized, mission-critical software businesses.

This acquisition marks TECVIA’s transition from private equity ownership to a long-term home within Harris. Under Unigestion Private Equity, TECVIA sharpened its strategic direction and strengthened its leadership in digital driver education solutions across Europe. As part of Harris, the company will extend its growth trajectory with an emphasis on sustainable innovation, close customer engagement, and strong local management.

Based in Munich, Germany, TECVIA employs roughly 430 professionals across five countries and delivers a comprehensive, workflow-oriented software ecosystem for driving schools. TECVIA ranks among the leading providers in each of its core markets, enabling over 1.6 million driving students annually to train and progress using its technology.

Expanding into India

On October 31, 2025 Harris completed its acquisition of eNoah, a reputed global industry leader offering cutting-edge BPO and IT solutions worldwide. This marks an exciting chapter for Harris as we expand into India and strengthen our global presence.

Harris acquires Alice POS, an all-in-one cloud-based point-of-sale solution designed for retail.

Ottawa, ON, September 17, 2024, Harris, a global leader in software solutions, announces the acquisition of the company SE2 Inc. (dba Alice POS) and its point of sale (POS) system. The company, located in Sherbrooke, Quebec, launched its Alice POS software in 2016.

Alice POS offers cloud software designed for retail, both for boutiques and store chains (multi-sites, franchises, purchasing groups and corporate networks). Its ultramodern and scalable Point of Sale (POS) system will join the force from the network of our ACCEO Home and Building Supply Industry Solutions business unit, present in more than 1,000 hardware stores and garden centers in Canada.

Harris acquiert Alice POS, une solution de point de vente infonuagique tout-en-un, conçu pour le commerce de détail.

Ottawa, ON, 17 septembre 2024 - Harris, leader mondial dans l’offre de solutions logicielles, annonce l’acquisition de l’entreprise SE2 inc. (Alice POS) et de son système de point de vente. L’entreprise, située à Sherbrooke, Québec, commercialise son logiciel Alice POS depuis 2016.

Alice POS offre un logiciel infonuagique conçu pour le commerce de détail, tant pour les boutiques que pour les chaînes de magasin (multi-sites, franchises, regroupement d’achat et les réseaux corporatifs.
