Ottawa / Chemnitz, January 17, 2023 — Harris, a global vertical market software provider and acquirer, grows its portfolio in the D-A-CH region with the acquisition of healthcare software provider Alpha Computer GmbH (Alpha). It is the 200th acquisition in the history of Harris and underlines its strong ambition to grow worldwide.
With its full-scope ACS product suite, Alpha provides a dedicated software and service portfolio for mobile and home care providers in Germany. The software enables its over 400 customers to securely process their full day-to-day business including billing, planning and documentation.
