Harris adds patient engagement solutions with the acquisition of ER Express

Ottawa, ON, May 19, 2021 – Harris, a global vertical market software provider and acquirer, adds patient engagement solutions for emergency, urgent care and animal health environments with the acquisition of ER Express, LLC's business.

ER Express’ solutions help healthcare providers across the US to provide better patient experiences with its online check-in and virtual waiting rooms, digital patient queuing and intake, and online referral products. ER Express’ Chief Executive Officer, Sahil Patel: “Harris’ breadth and depth of their experience in this space offer ER Express new growth opportunities and we are excited about this next chapter.”
