Harris acquires AirVM, a Private Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) provider

Ottawa, ON, September 12, 2022 — Harris, a global vertical market software provider, adds a private cloud management platform with its acquisition of AirVM Inc. (doing business as HyAlto).

HyAlto offers the only revenue-focused cloud management platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) to provide multi-tenant private cloud hosted services. The HyAlto platform delivers a single point of management, designed to reduce the cost and complexity of the multi-cloud for any requirement and business model. “HyAlto started through our own challenges as an MSP business and today, our software helps large and small MSPs manage millions of dollars of revenues and provisioning thousands of new services daily. We are pleased that Harris is committed to continuing this legacy and supporting our dedicated customer base,” said Alan Zurakowski, CEO of HyAlto.

Harris Group Leader Dan Poirier said, “HyAlto’s platform drives customer value by automating MSPs and CSPs front and back offices and capturing lost revenue with accurate and to-the-second usage/billing data. The HyAlto team shares Harris’ mission of offering innovative solutions that empower our customers.”
