Successful CIS Infinity Go Live for City of Westerville, Ohio

The City of Westerville (the City) has completed the successful implementation of their new customer information and utility billing solution, CIS Infinity by Advanced Utility Systems, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation (Advanced).

The City’s Utility Billing Department is responsible for meter reading, billing, collections and customer service for the following utility services: electric, water, sewer and refuse. As well, the Department’s staff constantly seek to deliver unmatched service to its residents and businesses.

The City is the first Advanced customer to utilize CIS Infinity in a hosted environment.

The City is also currently implementing Infinity.Link (Customer Self-Service).
