Brantford, ON and Toronto, ON - The Corporation of the City of Brantford (the City) has completed its implementation of CIS Infinity, the customer information and billing solution from Advanced Utility Systems, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation (Advanced).
“From the start, the Advanced project team demonstrated a high level of commitment that is required for a successful implementation and invested a lot of time and effort into planning,” says Chris Harrington, Utility IT Project Manager. “The team was exceptionally diligent when it came to meeting our timelines. They also did a thorough job of understanding our objectives and making sure each one was met.”
Peter Fanous, Executive Vice President for Advanced comments: “We make it a priority to build and maintain a good working relationship with our clients. This starts with the establishment of a joint implementation team at the start of the project that allows the Advanced and client team to work together in close collaboration to get the job done correctly and efficiently.”
With CIS Infinity now live at the City, users will be able to take advantage of features such as the automation of repetitive tasks, enhanced reporting capabilities and increased interoperability for the improvement of day-to-day operations and better information sharing.
The City of Brantford is located in the heart of Southern Ontario. It is known as the Telephone City, as it was there in 1874 that Alexander Graham Bell first conceived the idea for the telephone. It is also the birthplace of hockey player Wayne Gretzky. The City is a vibrant community with a population of approximately 97,000.
