Riverside, CA and Williston, VT, June 22, 2012

Harris Computer Systems (Harris), a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) is pleased to announce that Riverside Public Utilities of Riverside, CA (RPU) has selected Systems & Software (S&S), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris, to implement its enQuesta solution.

Riverside Public Utilities, committed to increased use of renewable energy resources and sustainable living practices, provides water and electric services to the city's 304,000 residents and more than 23,000 businesses. Last year RPU, in conjunction with AAC Utility Partners, developed a detailed Request for Proposal seeking a new CIS application that would provide the design and functionality required to meet RPU’s current and future business needs. It would also meet the increased demand by their water and electric customers for improved customer service tools and technology.

S&S’ comprehensive enQuesta solution will replace RPU’s current legacy system and will include web-based customer self-service, iPhone and Android mobile apps, meter data management, social media, business intelligence, and mobile work management.

RPU selected S&S because their enQuesta product best met RPU’s needs. They also stated that Harris' long-term commitment to the maintenance and support of their products was an integral part of their decision-making process.

“Riverside Public Utilities looked at multiple vendors and S&S was simply the best match when it came to the things our organization needs,” said David Wright, Riverside Public Utilities General Manager. “We look forward to working with them.” Raja Mukherjee, S&S' General Manager, commented that “Riverside Public Utilities provides an exciting opportunity to position S&S as a leading CIS vendor in terms of delivering on the promises of efficiency, conservation and customer service through the use of new technologies. Throughout the sales process we felt very comfortable with the relationship and partnership that would be established between our organizations and which would serve as the foundation of future mutual success. We welcome Riverside Public Utilities to the enQuesta user family."

Systems & Software and Riverside Public Utilities are implementing enQuesta with a Go-Live date planned for 2014. S&S is confident that they can provide the same record of continued success which they have demonstrated to all of their other California customers.
