Corning Natural Gas Corporation goes live with CIS Infinity

2014 – December – 4: Corning, NY and Toronto, ON: Corning Natural Gas Corporation (the Company) has completed the successful implementation of their new customer information and billing solution, CIS Infinity by Advanced Utility Systems, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation (Advanced).

Superior customer service is one of the main focuses of the Company as they work each day to improve the value provided to customers. With the implementation of CIS Infinity, the Company continues with its goal commitment.

As Jerry Sleve, Vice-President of Administration for the Company explains, “CIS Infinity provides our staff with more direct access to the information they use daily. It will allow us to deal with customers efficiently and effectively. As our staff becomes more familiar with the new software, we are seeing benefits in billing and customer service.”

Mr. Sleve adds, “Other advantages our implementation of CIS Infinity has provided include no missed billing cycles, improved transportation billing and the integration of several processes that will continue to progress as we move forward. Another benefit worth noting is the allowance for electronic fund transfer enabling customers to pay electronically.”

Along with the CIS Infinity software, Advanced provides its customers with consulting, extensive technical support, regular upgrades and improvements and a commitment to ensuring a solid long-term working relationship.
