With a desire to rethink its approach to utility billing, payment, collection and account management services, the City of Lima, Ohio (the City) has selected CIS Infinity, the customer information and utility billing solution from Advanced Utility Systems, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation (Advanced), to accommodate all of the City’s utility billing processes and account management needs.

The City of Lima resides in the northwest corner of the state of Ohio and is the county seat of Allen County. The municipality is located along Interstate 75 approximately 72 miles north of Dayton and 78 miles south-southwest of Toledo and provides water, wastewater and garbage utility services to approximately 90,000 people in the City and surrounding areas.
