Harris' Water Utility Management System greatly exceeds the expectations of just a billing system. Written to operate in an Open Systems environment, the Water, Gas and Electric Utility Management Systems were developed in a fourth generation language and utilize a Relational Database Management System. The combination of these features provide the utility with the flexibility necessary to meet challenges—from virtually unlimited rates to printing reports.
