Training
Harris' goal is to ensure that each and every one of our customers receives
the highest quality of product training. Our training programs are designed
to deliver and achieve both efficiency and effectiveness.
In order for business processes to flow smoothly, it is crucial for all
Harris users and project teams to have the tools and technologies needed
to build and maintain Harris solutions efficiently and accurately.
Harris application consultants lead our learning sessions and provide
hands-on experience ensuring that your staff has the tools to drive your
business using our solutions. Our learning material and content is drawn
from our real world experiences and is also adapted to reflect and incorporate
individual customer requirements.
Our learning is offered either onsite at our customers'
facilities, centrally at our corporate office, or remotely utilizing the
latest in web-based collaborative learning technologies.
Refresher/Follow-Up
Even though we cover all software features and processes during the
application training, we realize that not all of them are used on a daily
basis. As a result, we follow up with refresher training-even after your
site has been "live" for many weeks, or even months. We review month-end
and year-end processes and reporting and also provide an opportunity to
review internal business practices.
Web-Based Training
Harris is always searching for new and inventive ways
to transfer knowledge and learning to our customers. We are not standing
still with the advent of new internet-based learning opportunities. We
are taking advantage of the latest in technology innovations by offering
our customers Web-based training. Standard courses on a variety of our
product suites are offered and we continue to develop customized learning
curriculums to match customer-specific needs.
Some of the many advantages of web-based learning include:
- Convenience at your pace, in your office, on your schedule
- Ease of delivery to multiple users in a single organization
- Train on your system, in your environment, using your data
- Efficiency associated with time and expense
- Access to experienced in-house experts
- Great for re-training existing staff
- Effective for training new staff
