iHelper—Infrastructure
Management

iHelper software is an integrated infrastructure management tool that makes it easy to manage daily work flow, track costs and create a permanent centralized set of records. You configure the product to meet your needs. The base package includes the complaint module, plus two other modules of your choice. You purchase only what you need.  The software features user-definable codes that make data entry and retrievals fast and easy. Look-up tables are provided to help find the code you need quickly. The work sheet feature allows for the quick entry of tasks and work performed after the fact. Data and reports can be displayed on screen, written to disk file or sent to a printer.
