Central Receipting

Central Receipting facilitates collecting payments related to the FlexiBill™, Business License™, Property Tax™, utility billing and MicroFund™, fund accounting software. Utilizing an optional cash drawer and receipt printer, the system functions as a single repository for the initial intake of funds and then allocates the funds to the appropriate function. The system will accommodate payments taken in cash, check, credit card or coupon. Sales tax can be included where appropriate and receipts and be printed and numbered.
