Remote Timekeeping

Timekeeping is a secure, browser-based application designed to let individual
departments and employees enter their own time records. Remote timekeeping
eliminates a tremendous amount of paper, and speeds up the entire payroll
process. The system is flexible enough to work in a manner consistent
with your existing internal processes. For example, you can have each
employee enter their own time records directly into the application and
then have a designated departmental manager review and approve all of
the timesheets prior to sending the information to the payroll manager.
Once approved, the timekeeping information is automatically transmitted
to PayForce to the attention of the payroll manager, who has the ability
to review the data and either reject it or make any necessary edits. If
approved, no additional data entry within the payroll system is required
Since it is a browser-based application, you do not need to install any
application programs on desktops throughout your organization. Product
maintenance is easy and the time entry tool is available to anyone at
any time as long as they have access to the hosted server. Access to the
server can be via an internal network or the Internet. Remote Timekeeping
is guaranteed to save your organization time and money.
