eCARE

eCARE is a complete Internet solution for two-way communication with your customers.  It creates a whole new level of customer care by putting the power of your organization and your Customer Service department on your web site.  With eCARE, customers can get real-time information on their account 24 hours a day seven days a week.  They can easily look up consumption history, log service calls, review and pay their account, print up to eighteen months of bill history and submit meters readings whenever it is convenient for them.

eCARE is a highly flexible solution that can be tailored to your organization’s specific requirements and services. While improving communication between you and your customers, we also realize the importance of protecting your customer data and the integrity of you systems.  Security of your data has been built into every aspect of eCARE. 

Harris’ eCARE solution comprises three main components: eCARE, eCARE Manager and WEB Manager.  Each is an important piece to the overall solution.  eCARE is the interface/front-end for your customers.  eCARE Manager is the tool you would use to manage your site, and WEB Manager is the tool for transferring call and payments and other information from eCARE to NorthStar.

eCARE is completely integrated with NorthStar so capturing and transferring incoming data from your website to NorthStar is a simple and painless process.  Through WEB Manager calls, payments can be reviewed for accuracy then transferred directly into NorthStar either one at a time or all at once. 

The integration between eCARE and NorthStar goes one step further.  Payments logged via eCARE, but not transferred into NorthStar show up within NorthStar as Pending.  This ensures Customer Service representatives have accurate and up to date information before issuing or performing actions on an account, such as disconnects.

Through eCARE Manager you can quickly and easily add services or make changes to reflect changes in your organization.  You ultimately control the features your customers see and access. eCARE allows you to add your own logo, change colors and even setup your own standard call types and complaint codes.
