Our Spectrum ASP line offers 17 software packages including Utility Billing, Budgetary Accounting, and Payroll applications.

All ASP software can be used in a standalone or multi-user environment. Seamless integration between ASP programs reduces operations by providing one-time data entry to update multiple applications.

Fund Accounting: an integrated fund accounting solution with budgeting, general accounting and accounts payable processing.

Payroll: a payroll processing solution with multiple pay periods and rates, and automatic payroll calculation.

Utility Billing: a utility billing solution with the ability to process up to 20 consumption, flat rate and percentage services, such as electricity; natural gas; water; sewer; garbage; street lights; utility taxes; penalties and other miscellaneous services.

Centralized Cash Receipting: a system that incorporates all ASP receipting programs into one system.

Business License and Excise Tax: a flexible solution that processes business licenses and excise tax charges monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, semiannually or annually.

Miscellaneous Billing/Invoicing: a billing system that can process 999 different types of charges and credits providing the user the ability to change all constant fields and factors.

Special Assessments: process up to 999 assessments with individual rates and accounts with the capability of annual, semiannual, monthly, bimonthly and quarterly billing cycles.

Fixed Asset Management: a fixed asset management that calculates yearly depreciation, inflation and value adjustments for each asset.

Inventory Management: tracks inventory number, description, location, manufacturer, job number, vendor name, units on hand/on order, reorder point, replacement cost, average cost, value on hand, and month-to-date and year-to-date totals and other user-defined fields.

Project/Job Cost Management: can set up charge codes with description, expenditure number, department, unit price, amount and reference.

Cemetery Information System: a cemetery management system that generates billing and receipting journals, trial balance reports, payment reports, labels, name reports, location reports, deceased reports and history reports.

Building Permit: a permit system that tracks all activities associated with the permit process. Building Permit will track the application, permit, inspections and all financial details of the permit cycle.
