City of Huntington Beach, California selects CIS Infinity

The City of Huntington Beach, California (the City) has selected Advanced Utility Systems, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation (Advanced) to deliver CIS Infinity, a new customer information and billing solution for the City’s 53,000 water, sewer and refuse customers.

Behzad Zamanian, Acting Chief Information Officer for the City, explains the decision: “CIS Infinity is a robust system that offers the out-of-the-box functionality that we were looking for.”
