Anaheim Public Utilities Goes Live with Systems & Software’s enQuesta 4 Solution

Anaheim, CA and Williston, VT - Harris Utilities (Harris), a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) is pleased to announce that Anaheim Public Utilities (Anaheim) has recently gone live with Systems & Software’s (S&S) enQuesta 4 solution.

In 2012, Anaheim, in conjunction with their consultant, AAC Utility Partners (AAC), selected S&S to implement enQuesta 4 to replace their legacy CIS application to provide a comprehensive automated view of the customer. Key initiatives of this project also involved implementing enQuesta’s enhanced customer self-service options, a City-wide cashiering system, and mobile field service order capabilities, all to better serve their water and electric customers.

As a leader in the California municipal utility market, Anaheim will leverage enQuesta as the launching pad for new customer service offerings and initiatives. As part of the robust functionality of the enQuesta CIS solution, Anaheim has deployed the customer self-service tools that are part of enQuesta. Adding to the customer facing features, Anaheim deployed enQuestaLink mobile field orders. Linking the office with the field service employees in real time, enQuestaLink provides Anaheim with the tools needed for better workflow management and increased productivity in the field and office. The fully integrated City-wide deployment of the iNovah cashiering solution allows Anaheim to process over-the-counter transactions for a variety of City services in one transaction. Ultimately, modernizing our CIS will serve to provide improved service and functionality to our customers.”
