In November 2009, Ventura went live with the original implementation of S&S’ enQuesta CIS solution, along with the enQuesta self-service offering, WebConnect, to manage and optimize their customer service operations.
To meet the ever changing needs of its customers, Ventura recently upgraded to enQuesta 4 to take advantage of enQuesta’s technological advances, as well the functional enhancements, with a focus on customer self-service options. Running in a fully virtualized environment, enQuesta 4 will be an important component as Ventura moves to an AMI-enabled utility. “One of Ventura Water's quality standards is ‘Anticipating and responding to customer needs.’ With the launch of enQuesta 4, we are keeping pace with customer needs and technology,” comments Mary Landis, Ventura Water’s Resource Account Supervisor.
