Systems & Software Expands Presence in California by Signing Anaheim Public Utilities

Anaheim, CA and Williston, VT, April 17, 2012 - Harris Computer Systems (Harris), a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) is pleased to announce that Anaheim Public Utilities of Anaheim, CA (Anaheim) has selected Systems & Software (S&S), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris, to implement its enQuesta solution.

Anaheim, in conjunction with AAC Consulting, Inc., developed a detailed Request for Proposal to select and implement a proven Customer Information System (CIS) that would replace their legacy CIS application and would add automated customer self-service, a new cashiering system, and mobile service order capabilities, all to better serve their water and electric customers.

Anaheim wanted a system that would meet all the requirements of their RFP and provide a user-friendly platform for internal and external customers. Anaheim chose S&S's enQuesta Solution because it best met their needs, and they stated that Harris' long-term commitment to the maintenance and support of their products was an integral part of their decision-making process.
