Support Specialist
TENEX Division King of Prussia, PA
JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides quality support to our clients, employing a high degree
of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness
- Instruct clients in groups or individually, including hands-on training,
in the use of their applications and in the operation of their hardware
(AS/400, PC, printers, etc.) at the TENEX classroom in the home office
or other selected locations and at client sites
- Test software fixes and new modules before releasing to clients
- Design, write and conduct web based instructional seminars for both
current and potential clients
- Work with business partners to support their products for our clients.
SKILLS

- Ability to prioritize effectively and to perform proactively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
- Previous experience as an application support specialist is preferred
- Willing to travel to customer sites - some overnight travel will be
required
- Knowledge of non profit fund accounting and/or SIS applications -
an asset
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of IBM iSeries/400 - an asset
LOCATION
Individual will work out of the King of Prussia, PA office.
SALARY
Salary will be commensurate with experience and job responsibilities.
