Special Projects/Customer Support/Implementation Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
This position involves working closely with an established
customer base to implement new software solutions in the K-12 education
market. The successful candidate will coordinate resources in various
departments to schedule, install, test, and deliver software solutions
meeting project deadlines. This position will work closely with the management
team by providing weekly updates and maintaining records documenting project
completion milestones. Additional duties include working as a team member
with technical resources and customer support to complete setup and resolve
any technical or implementation issues. Candidates are expected to excel
by exceeding customer satisfaction and company revenue goals. Candidates
must be able to manage several projects at the same time with minimal
supervision. Other duties will include assisting with customer support
questions during peak times or as directed by management.
SKILLS
- Proven ability to manage several projects at the same time with minimal
supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize effectively and to perform proactively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good troubleshooting, detail-oriented, and good analytical thinking
skills
- Willing to travel to customer sites - overnight travel will be required
- Knowledge of non profit fund accounting and/or SIS applications -
an asset
- MS SQL Server knowledge- an asset
- Two to three years of experience in Customer Service especially in
the desktop software market is required.
LOCATION
Positions located in the Columbus, Ohio and King of Prussia, PA offices
SALARY
Salary will be commensurate with experience and job responsibilities.
