JOB SUMMARY
Provide leadership in securing new customers, increase current business
through direct selling, building strong relationships and increase
profitability to maximize company growth.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell the Spectrum line of Harris products and services to local
municipalities throughout the designated region of the United States
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales bookings targets
- Generate leads through all necessary channels
- Prepare proposals and quotes
- Perform product demonstrations
- Attend regional tradeshows
- Prepare weekly sales reports detailing the status of all accounts
- Visit existing clients to foster long-term relationships and
identify opportunities for additional product sales
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience selling to the Utility or Local Government industry will
be considered an asset
- Travel up to 25% of the time
- Post Secondary School Degree
LOCATION
Individual will work out of the Niagara Falls, NY office.
SALARY
Compensation will consist of base salary and
commission, plus excellent fringe benefits including a 401(k) plan,
generous vacation policy and health, dental, life and disability
insurance.
