HARRIS ANNOUNCES PURCHASE OF BUSINESS ASSETS OF DataNOW SOFTWARE

OTTAWA, ONTARIO— November 21, 2007—Harris Computer Systems (“Harris”), a leading provider of financial, customer and student information management software solutions for utilities, local governments and schools, today announced that it has completed the purchase of the business assets from DataNOW L.L.C. (“DataNOW”)

As a result of the purchase, Harris will continue to provide sales, development and support to all of the existing DataNOW customers as part of the InHance Division within Harris. All of the existing DataNOW staff will continue to operate and support all DataNOW customers from their existing facility in Twin Falls, Idaho.

“The acquisition of DataNOW builds upon our strategy of Customer Choice while expanding the Harris product offering with a complete suite of governmental solutions” says Ponder Wright, Executive Vice President, Harris.

The DataNOW suite of proven governmental revenue solutions and a well received Payroll/HR system will strengthen our position in the governmental market space.
